If you are using a subscription license from Memory-Map, when subscription period is nearing the end, you will be prompted to renew the subscription. Memory-Map does not store any payment information and does not process any renewals automatically.
The way the renewal works is you just purchase another subscription, then activate it on your devices. It is exactly the same as buying the initial subscription.
The period of validity is added to the end of your existing license, so there is no need to wait until your license has expired. You can purchase a new subscription any time it is convenient.
To buy the renewal, you can either:
- Click the link in the app when prompted to renew, or
- On the Windows PC, click the Help > License management menu command, select the resource you would like to renew and click Activate, or
- On the iOS, Android and Mac apps, tap Settings > Map Licenses > Show Licenses, and tap on the resource you would like to renew, or
- Just go to our web site and click the buy link on any of the products listed there.
When you have purchased a new subscription on the web site, you have to activate it on each device to update the expiration date. The way you do this is the same: Either:
- Click the link in the app when prompted to renew, or
- On the Windows PC, click the Help > License management menu command, select the resource you would like to renew and click Activate, or
- On the iOS, Android and Mac apps, tap Settings > Map Licenses > Show Licenses, and tap on the resource you would like to renew
Note: We are planning to offer subscriptions via the Apple or Google in-app purchase methods, and these will use the auto-renew settings in your Apple/Google account.
