We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered by internet download, and they work offline, it is not possible for you to return the product to us for refund. Instead we offer a free trial period so you can fully test the product before buying.
If you change your mind about a purchase and have not activated the product, we will happily issue a refund upon your request. Gift certificates that are not used are fully refundable too.
Refund requests made after you have activated the product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.
If you've activated a purchase but wish to exchange it for a different product that includes the map you've activated, that is no problem. We can give you an account credit that will apply to the second purchase. Do not make the second purchase before we've set up the account credit.
