The Memory-map PC software is capable of using the Canadian Township and Range coordinate system.
Two database files to enable this must be downloaded and installed manually:

They should be unzipped from the download file above and placed in your "My Documents\Map Overlays" folder.
You also need to enable the Professional license (use the trial period to check that you have it working and that the coverage extends to the area you need).
